Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Mexico is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of mission-critical data center projects, interfacing with clients, design teams, contractors, commissioning specialists, and other consultants throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience managing large-scale construction projects.
• Proven experience delivering mission-critical facilities such as data centers, digital infrastructure, hyperscale campuses, or other critical environment projects.
• Strong understanding of data center MEP systems including power distribution, UPS, generators, cooling and BMS/EPMS systems.
• Experience with commissioning and integrated systems testing activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead client, contractor, consultant and project governance meetings through the project lifecycle.
• Act as primary contact for local stakeholders while coordinating with regional and global client teams.
• Manage project risks, maintain risk registers and run risk workshops to mitigate threats to project success.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, forecasts and contingencies with financial control and transparency.
• Prepare and present executive-level reports, dashboards, and project updates.
• Oversee construction activities and QA processes ensuring compliance with specs and mission-critical standards.
• Coordinate design reviews, value engineering and constructability assessments.
