Job summary

Ruhlamat Group seeks an experienced Automation & Controls Engineer to join our overseas team on-site in Mexico, leading on-site technical support, commissioning, and customer communication for automotive automation lines.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in automation engineering, Siemens PLC/TIA Portal expertise, and fluent English, with willingness to reside long-term in Mexico and collaborate with our China HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation or related technical majors.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Automation & Controls Engineer in automotive non-standard automation projects.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) for cross-border technical communication.

Responsibilities

• On-site Technical Support & Commissioning for non-standard automotive lines in Mexico.
• Customer Technical Liaison with local clients, requirement confirmation and progress synchronization.
• On-site Project Coordination as lead, coordinating China HQ and local teams.
• Internal Communication & Optimization to improve production line tech and processes.
• Value-added Business Support to capture pre-sales opportunities and assist quotations.
