Westin Lagunamar Ocean Resort M&S in Cancún, Mexico, seeks a results-driven Sales Executive to present vacation ownership opportunities to prospective guests and owners on property. You will use approved presentations, negotiate terms, and close sales while upholding service standards.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, strong customer service, and a willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED or higher preferable.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Sales/Marketing or tourism career background preferred.
• Proficiency in computers – MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
• Exceptional customer service orientation with strong verbal/written skills.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays as required by business needs.

Responsabilidades

• Meet guests/owners on property and present vacation ownership opportunities.
• Prepare daily to meet guests/owners as a professional sales representative; adhere to dress code and hours.
• Greet guests/owners warmly and use approved presentations and materials.
• Aim to achieve individual performance guidelines and contribute to site targets.
• Provide customer service per training and management direction.
• Maintain product knowledge through required training sessions.
• Explain terms, incentives, pricing after review with management; gain commitment to purchase.
• Conduct demos and assessments with team leaders for coaching and motivation.
• Participate in meetings, seminars, and trainings as required.
