AgileEngine is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to craft visual concepts for e-commerce, web, mobile, and omnichannel campaigns. You will translate client goals into compelling designs, collaborate with designers and freelancers, and continuously push for the best work.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of digital design experience; agency exp preferred.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in omnichannel design (email, web, social).
• Strong typography, color, and layout skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Ideate and execute compelling design concepts.
• Create designs aligned to client goals and audience.
• Mentor junior designers and interns.
• Collaborate with in-house and freelance designers.
• Estimate time to complete work and manage timelines.
• Utilize AI to improve workflow and efficiency.
