AgileEngine is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to create visual concepts for e-commerce, web, mobile, and omnichannel campaigns. You will translate client goals into compelling, usable designs and mentor junior designers.

You’ll collaborate with in-house and freelance teams, maintain high quality standards, and leverage AI tools to improve workflows. A degree in Advertising or Graphic Design plus 4+ years of experience is expected, with flexible flextime and hybrid work options.

Formación

• 4+ years of digital design experience, agency experience preferred.
• Strong visual design aesthetic with layout, typography and color for web/mobile.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite for fast prototyping.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design.
• Ability to articulate digital design concepts and present to clients.

Responsabilidades

• Ideate and execute compelling design concepts for web and mobile.
• Map designs to client goals, audience, and verticals.
• Collaborate with in-house and freelance designers to deliver best work.
• Estimate time to complete projects and manage timelines.
