AgileEngine, LLC. seeks a skilled Graphic Designer to craft visual concepts for e-commerce experiences, web, mobile, and omnichannel campaigns. You will translate client goals into compelling designs while maintaining high quality across projects.

You will collaborate with in-house and freelance designers, mentor juniors, and explore new tools to boost efficiency, including AI. Proficiency in Figma, HTML/CSS, and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.

Formación

• Strong visual design aesthetic with layout, navigation, typography, colors, and image composition for web and mobile.
• Meticulous attention to detail in deliverables.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively and execute on the shared project vision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially when talking about design and collaboration.
• UX and UI skill set, including wireframes, sitemaps, and information architecture.
• Ability to articulate digital design and web terms and speak confidently to clients about web platforms.
• Excellent and efficient organizational and time management skills; able to self-manage and prioritize tasks.
• Experience designing for omnichannel, including Amazon A+ Creative, email, social, and campaigns.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Graphic Design, or a similar discipline.
• 4+ years of digital design experience; prior agency experience preferred.
• Solid working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Solid knowledge of industry tools and understanding of designing intuitive and responsive user experiences.
