AgileEngine is seeking a Graphic Designer in León, Mexico to create visual concepts for e-commerce, web, and mobile experiences. You will develop design concepts aligned to client goals and collaborate with in-house and freelance teams to deliver high-quality visuals.

The role requires UX/UI expertise, strong typography and layout skills, and experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and HTML/CSS. A bachelor's degree and 4+ years of digital design experience are preferred.

Formación

• Must have strong visual design aesthetic with excellent layout, typography, and color sense for web and mobile.
• Meticulous attention to detail across all deliverables.
• Able to work autonomously and with the team to realise project visions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially about design with team and clients.
• UX/UI skills including wireframes, sitemaps, and information architecture.
• Experience building data-backed designs.
• Able to articulate web terms to clients and explain implementation.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Experience designing for omnichannel including email, social, and campaigns.
• Associate or Bachelor in Advertising, Graphic Design, or similar.
• 4+ years of digital design experience; agency experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Knowledge of industry tools and responsive design.
• Upper-intermediate English level.
