AgileEngine is seeking a Graphic Designer to create visual concepts for e-commerce experiences, web and mobile projects, and omnichannel marketing campaigns. This role is based in Puebla, Mexico, and works with Fortune 500 brands and startups.

You will ideate, design, and communicate ideas, maintain high quality standards, mentor junior designers, collaborate with in-house and freelance designers, and use AI to streamline workflows.

Formación

• UX and UI skill set with wireframes, sitemaps, and information architecture.
• Strong visual design aesthetic with layout, navigation, typography, colors, and image composition.
• 4+ years of digital design experience; agency experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and Web design tools.

Responsabilidades

• Ideate and execute compelling design concepts.
• Create designs that map to client goals, audience, and vertical.
• Maintain high standards and share only the best work with clients.
• Advise clients on industry best practices.
• Estimate time to complete work.
• Experiment with new tools and technologies.
• Provide strategic, goal-driven design solutions.
• Collaborate with designers (in-house and freelance).
• Mentor junior designers and interns.
• Use AI to improve workflow efficiency.
• Participate in client meetings and workshops.
• Provide feedback during presentations.
