Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions in Mexico City is seeking a Financial Project Advisor / Project Finance Analyst to support financial planning and performance across strategic initiatives.

You will partner with project managers, operations, and finance leadership to ensure budgets are met, analyze profitability, and guide decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires strong Excel skills, ERP experience, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
• 4–8 years of FP&A or project finance experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and modeling skills.
• Experience with ERP and data visualization tools.
• Advanced Excel and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as the finance business partner for assigned projects.
• Develop, monitor, and control budgets and forecasts.
• Analyze project profitability, cash flow, and ROI.
• Support managers in financial planning and resource decisions.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and executive presentations.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities across the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Operations, Commercial, Procurement, and Account teams.
