Farmers Insurance in Mexico City is seeking a facilities and procurement professional to oversee reception, workplace services, procurement, supplier relationships, and daily office operations, ensuring teams have the resources they need to succeed. You will collaborate with Legal, Finance and business units to coordinate purchasing, contracts and compliance while maintaining cost efficiency and service excellence.

Insurance experience is a plus.

Formación

• 4-6 years of professional experience.
• Experience in insurance industry is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage reception, visitor access, meeting rooms, mail, deliveries, and workplace support services.
• Lead end-to-end procurement activities, including requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier onboarding.
• Coordinate purchasing needs with business stakeholders and ensure compliance with company policies, approvals, and budgets.
• Manage supplier relationships, records, contracts, compliance documentation, and performance.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and business teams on supplier negotiations and contract requirements.
• Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, facilities services, and employee workplace requests.
