Mexicali RTX Corporation in Mexicali is seeking a procurement professional to support core processes, standards, and strategies. You will help manage RFPs, assist with negotiation prep, and conduct cost analyses.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to purchase goods, materials, and services, prepare purchase orders, and analyze supplier proposals to drive value and ensure compliant sourcing.

• Executes procurement processes and standards, including RFP management, negotiations, cost accountability, and program implementation.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for client inquiries regarding order status, changes, and cancellations, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Collaborates with buyers on purchasing activities for goods, materials, supplies, and services, optimizing procurement efficiency.
• Prepares and processes purchase orders and payment approvals to facilitate smooth procurement operations.
• Compiles and analyzes price proposals, financial reports, and other critical data to support informed decision-making.
• Assists in the development of request for proposals (RFPs) and bid packages, ensuring competitive and compliant sourcing
