Job summary

Amentum is seeking an NGIS Front Office Supervisor to support a US Navy program on Diego Garcia. The role oversees daily front desk operations, reservations, and guest services, ensuring accuracy and hospitality at all times.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years in hotel front desk administration, strong PMS and payment systems experience, and the ability to travel internationally with a valid passport. English proficiency and customer focus are essential for success on site in BIOT.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in front desk operations and guest services.
• Proficiency with hotel PMS and reservation systems.
• Experience handling credit card terminals in line with financial policies.
• At least college/university level education in business, hospitality, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front office team for reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
• Ensure accurate handling of reservations systems and room availability.
• Monitor payment processing to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Address guest concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Lead and train front office staff to uphold high performance.
• Manage staff schedules across shifts.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Operate PMS to manage reservations, billing, and reports.
• Provide PMS training and support to staff.
• Produce detailed occupancy and revenue reports for management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
