Doosan Bobcat NA Mexico is seeking an Occupational Health Specialist to support the development, implementation and maintenance of our occupational health programs at the Salinas Victoria site. You will ensure regulatory compliance, promote employee well-being, and collaborate across EHS, HR and Operations to create a healthy work environment.

Responsibilities include managing medical records, supporting medical surveillance, and coordinating health campaigns.

Formación

• 2–5 years of experience in Occupational Health in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Knowledge of Mexican occupational health regulations (STPS, IMSS, LFT).
• Experience with medical case management and health promotion programs.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement occupational health programs, policies and procedures.
• Review pre-screening medical information for new hires.
• Conduct workplace health evaluations per STPS, IMSS, and labor regulations.
• Coordinate health promotion, wellness and preventive campaigns.
• Maintain medical records and occupational health documentation.
• Support medical case management and return-to-work programs.
• Manage IMSS documentation and legal occupational health requirements.
• Monitor health metrics and identify trends for improvements.
• Assist with ergonomic assessments and health risk reduction initiatives.
• Provide pregnancy accommodation guidance for employees with medical restrictions.
• Collaborate with EHS, HR and Operations to promote health culture.
