Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Professional in manufacturing environments to lead clinical programs and ensure regulatory compliance under STPS, IMSS and LFT.

Your responsibilities include reviewing pre‑screening data for new hires, conducting workplace health evaluations, coordinating health promotion campaigns, maintaining medical records, and supporting medical case management; you will collaborate with EHS, HR and Operations to promote a culture of health.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree — Medical Doctor (Médico Cirujano) with a specialization in Occupational Health or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Occupational Health in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Accredited to serve as the Responsible Health Professional for the onsite health department.
• Knowledge of Mexican occupational health regulations (STPS, IMSS, LFT).
• Intermediate English; travel <10%.
• Ability to handle confidential medical information and collaborate cross‑functionally.

• Conduct and support workplace health evaluations in accordance with applicable STPS, IMSS and labor regulations
• Coordinate health promotion, wellness and preventive health campaigns
• Maintain medical records and occupational health documentation
• Support medical case management, including occupational injuries, illnesses, medical restrictions and return-to-work programs
• Manage and follow up on IMSS documentation and occupational health-related legal requirements, including ST forms
• Monitor occupational health metrics and identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Support ergonomic assessments and health risk reduction initiatives
• Provide guidance and follow-up for pregnancy accommodations and employees with medical restrictions
• Collaborate with EHS, HR and Operations to promote a culture of health and well-being

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Occupational Health in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Accredited to serve as the Responsible Health Professional for the operation of the onsite medical department
• Knowledge of Mexican occupational health regulations, including STPS, IMSS and LFT requirements
• Understanding of occupational health surveillance, medical case management and health promotion programs
• Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to manage confidential medical information and work effectively with cross‑functional teams
• Intermediate English
• Travel required: < 10%
