Emerson in Mexicali, Mexico seeks an experienced Occupational Health lead to drive the site's health strategy and annual programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and employee wellness. You will coordinate medical evaluations, promote preventive wellness, and support injury prevention with cross-functional teams.

The role includes managing health records, providing emergency response, and collaborating on return-to-work programs while maintaining strict confidentiality and professional standards.

Formación

• Experience supporting occupational health or workplace health programs in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of occupational health regulations and health surveillance practices.
• Ability to assess health risks, analyze data, and recommend preventive actions.
• Experience collaborating across functions to support safety, compliance, and employee engagement.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and execute the site's Occupational Health strategy and annual health programs.
• Serve as the site’s health authority and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate occupational medical evaluations (pre-employment, periodic, return-to-work, exit).
• Develop wellness initiatives focused on prevention, ergonomics, vaccination, nutrition, and healthy lifestyles.
• Support injury and illness prevention through health surveillance and risk assessments.
• Provide primary medical care, emergency response, and first-aid support.
• Manage occupational health records, data, and reporting with confidentiality.
