Placements24 is seeking an experienced Real Estate Agent to join a well-established Oaxaca City agency. This on-site role focuses on guiding clients through buying and selling, performing property analyses, and building strong community relationships.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of licensed real estate experience, a proven sales record, and deep knowledge of the Oaxaca market. CRM proficiency and a high school diploma are required.

Formación

• Licensed Real Estate Agent with at least 3 years of experience.
• Proven track record in successful real estate transactions.
• Strong knowledge of the Oaxaca City market and surrounding areas.

Responsabilidades

• Represent buyers and sellers in Oaxaca City real estate transactions.
• Conduct property showings and provide detailed information to prospective buyers.
• Perform comparative market analyses to determine optimal pricing.
• Develop and execute marketing plans for property listings.
• Negotiate sales contracts and facilitate closings.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, lenders, inspectors, and other professionals.
• Stay current with market trends, local regulations, and Oaxaca real estate laws.
