OP Mobility is seeking an Accounts Receivable Technician to support the O2C accounting processes within the Regional Hub. You will manage customer invoices, collections on due dates, and reconcile open items in SAP with a focus on accuracy and timely cash flow.

• Experience in Finance O2C operations is a plus.
• Able to communicate with various stakeholders when addressing issues.
• Adaptability to fast-changing environments would be a plus.
• Accounting background with Accounts Receivable, SAP Finance, Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer invoices records and collect on due dates.
• Handle exceptions such as pricing quality issues on invoices.
• Liaise with Sales Administration, Controlling, local O2C Hub Windows, and customers as needed.
• Cooperate with P2P when mirroring transactions occur.
• Reconcile open customer invoices with customer statements per policy.
• Support month- and year-end closing activities.
• Participate in WCR collection activities and netting under leadership.
