Johnson Controls is seeking an NPI Quality Engineer in Monterrey to ensure the quality and reliability of new products during their introduction.

You will guide cross-functional teams, develop quality plans, drive continuous improvement, and ensure regulatory compliance across design, manufacturing, and audits.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proven expertise in quality engineering tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA) and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Preferred: Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
• Certification in Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.
• Familiarity with global quality standards and regulatory compliance.

• Collaborate with diverse teams to share insights and develop solutions that enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor key performance indicators to evaluate the success of new product introductions and suggest improvements as necessary.
• Support the validation of manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in product audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential issues early in the development cycle.
