You will work across engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to strengthen product reliability during the NPI phase. The role combines hands-on problem solving, data analysis, and process validation to support quality outcomes from early design through manufacturing release.
Guide cross-functional teams through new product introduction activities and support the transition from development to manufacturing. Develop and implement quality plans, inspection controls, and process controls for NPI programs. Use root cause analysis and corrective actions to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to improve product reliability and customer satisfaction. Monitor key performance indicators for NPI quality performance and recommend actions to improve results. Support validation of manufacturing processes and help ensure readiness for product launch. Participate in product audits, risk assessments, and other quality reviews as part of the NPI process. Document quality activities, findings, and corrective actions clearly and accurately.
Own quality outcomes with accountability, safety, and integrity by following established controls, documenting decisions clearly, and escalating issues early. Stay close to the work and focus on what matters by working directly with engineering and manufacturing teams to remove barriers and protect customer requirements. Improve every day through continuous improvement, candor, and problem-solving by using data, feedback, and structured analysis to strengthen processes and reduce repeat issues. Win as one team by building trust across functions, listening to different perspectives, and aligning actions to the same launch goals. Use practical, fact-based communication to keep stakeholders informed on risks, priorities, and next steps throughout the NPI cycle.
