Johnson Controls, a global leader in building systems, seeks an NPI Quality Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of new products during their introduction phase. You will guide cross-functional teams, develop robust quality plans, and drive continuous improvement across design, manufacturing and quality functions.

Collaborating with diverse teams, you will implement controls, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements while supporting product audits

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proven expertise in quality engineering tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA) and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor key performance indicators to evaluate the success of new product introductions and suggest improvements as necessary.
• Support the validation of manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in product audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential issues early in the development cycle.

What will you do?

What are we looking for?

Required:

• 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proven expertise in quality engineering tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA) and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred:

• Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
• Certification in Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.
• Familiarity with global quality standards and regulatory compliance.
