Johnson Controls is seeking an NPI Engineer to manage new product introductions and continuous product improvement for compressors and VSD panels at the Monterrey plant. You will ensure engineering changes are properly implemented and coordinate the project team to deliver on schedule.

The role requires a Mechanical Engineering degree, 5+ years in manufacturing/HVAC, strong communication, and English proficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• ≥5 years progressive experience in Manufacturing or HVAC.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence without authority.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and demanding workloads.
• English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead NPI implementations at Monterrey Compressor Plant and ensure ECs are properly implemented.
• Coordinate team and provide direction on major Eng projects.
• Maintain BOMs to reflect usage on lines vs SAP.
• Prepare, check, and release documentation to support compressor assembly processes.
• Participate in risk assessments and EHS initiatives.
