Johnson Controls in Mexico is seeking a logistics professional to support the R&D division during the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, coordinating interfaces between logistics, planning, manufacturing and R&D teams. You will oversee all logistical aspects across development stages, track performance, and push cross‑functional initiatives with Operations, Electronics and Plastics units.

Responsabilidades

• Lead logistics activities for the R&D division during the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, building interfaces between logistics, planning and manufacturing and the R&D teams.
• Monitor performance across operations units and provide feedback to R&D and engineering.
• Develop automated control processes and KPIs across units serving R&D (Operations, Electronics Plant, Plastics Plant, subcontractors).

What you will do:

You will be part of department responsible for the logistical activities of the R&D division within the NPI process (New Product Introduction — the transfer of products from development to production), including creating interfaces between the logistics, planning, and manufacturing units within the Operations division and the R&D teams.

How you will do it:

• Involvement in all logistical aspects throughout the development stages of new products, supporting R&D and engineering needs in these areas.
• Ongoing tracking of performance across the various operations units and providing periodic feedback to R&D and engineering teams (service consumers).
• Building automated control processes and KPIs with all units providing services to R&D (Operations, Electronics Plant, Plastics Plant, subcontractors).
