Johnson Controls is seeking a logistics professional to support the R&D division during the New Product Introduction process. You will bridge logistics, planning and manufacturing with the R&D teams, ensuring smooth transfers from development to production and consistent performance tracking.

The role requires strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced electronics environment.

Formación

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within an electronics company.
• Industrial Engineering and Management with a specialization in Production/Logistics/Planning & Control.
• Good command of English.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn and work independently.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Ability to drive cross-organizational processes.
• Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment.

Responsabilidades

• Be part of the department responsible for logistical activities of the R&D division within the NPI process, creating interfaces between logistics, planning and manufacturing units and the R&D teams.
• Ongoing tracking of performance across operations units and providing feedback to R&D and engineering teams.
• Build automated control processes and KPIs with all units providing services to R&D (Operations, Electronics Plant, Plastics Plant, subcontractors).

What you will do:

You will be part of department responsible for the logistical activities of the R&D division within the NPI process (New Product Introduction - the transfer of products from development to production), including creating interfaces between the logistics, planning, and manufacturing units within the Operations division and the R&D teams.

How you will do it:

• Involvement in all logistical aspects throughout the development stages of new products, supporting R&D and engineering needs in these areas.
• Ongoing tracking of performance across the various operations units and providing periodic feedback to R&D and engineering teams (service consumers).
• Building automated control processes and KPIs with all units providing services to R&D (Operations, Electronics Plant, Plastics Plant, subcontractors).
