Johnson Controls is seeking an NPI Engineer to maintain assembly information for compressors and VSD panels, lead NPI efforts at the Monterrey plant, and ensure proper EC implementation. The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing or HVAC, strong interpersonal skills, and English proficiency.

You will coordinate documentation, support design and production, and participate in plant initiatives while ensuring BOM accuracy and SAP alignment.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Manufacturing or HVAC industry, manufacturing processes, and projects administration.
• Experience leading NPIs and ensuring proper documentation and EC implementation.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and demanding workloads.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain updated information needed to assemble Compressors and VSD panels.
• Ensure PDP requirements and implement ECs at Monterrey Compressor Plant.
• Lead NPI implementations on plant and coordinate the team.
• Provide technical support to productive areas for compressor assembly.
• Release documentation to support compressor assembly processes.
• Maintain BOMs reflecting usage on lines vs SAP and participate in risk assessments.
