ILNIA Soluciones in Mexico is seeking a Senior QA Analyst & Project Coordinator with 3-5+ years of hands-on QA experience in web and mobile testing within Agile settings. The role combines test execution with coordinating small-to-medium projects, overseeing the QA matrix, and ensuring timely releases across Engineering, Product, and Support.

Formación

• 3-5+ years of hands-on QA experience, including web and mobile testing.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Startup or fast-paced environment experience preferred.
• Strong test planning, regression, exploratory, and combinatorial testing.
• Experience with Jira, TestRail, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of self-direction and ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Own and maintain the QA testing matrix across Web and Mobile (Web, Mobile Web, iOS, Android).
• Create and execute test plans, regression suites, and exploratory tests.
• Perform hands-on mobile testing across devices, OS versions, and app versions.
• Identify, reproduce, and document bugs clearly.
• Validate payments, subscriptions, notifications, APIs, and third-party integrations.
• Coordinate UAT, release testing, timelines, tickets, and priorities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Support, and other teams to resolve issues.
• Flag risks and bottlenecks before they impact release timelines.
