Job summary

You will lead day-to-day activities, optimize processes, and oversee governance, controls, and risk management while developing a high-performing, diverse team in a hybrid work environment.

The role emphasizes coaching, talent development, stakeholder engagement, and managing cross-functional partnerships to deliver business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of operational controls, risk management, governance processes, and KPI management.
• Experience coaching, performance feedback, talent development, and employee engagement leadership.
• College degree preferred.
