Micron Technology is hiring a New College Grad - HBM Layout Engineer in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico. The role focuses on designing leaf cells, std cells, and sub-blocks with a meticulous approach to IC layout and verification checks.

You will interpret DRC/LVS results and collaborate across teams to meet project timelines. Ideal candidates hold a recent degree in electronics or related fields, with knowledge of circuit concepts, simulation tools, and strong communication in English.

Formación

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics or related field.
• Graduation within the last 2 years.
• Strong knowledge of electronic circuit concepts.
• Experience using circuit simulation and design tools.
• English communication skills (conversational level).

Responsabilidades

• Design layout for leaf cells, std cells, or sub-blocks.
• Apply a meticulous approach to IC layout design.
• Interpret DRC/LVS and other checks for design accuracy.
