Stryker is seeking a field-based healthcare professional to strengthen the neurovascular market in Mexico. You will promote accessories, provide clinical and procedural support, and train physicians and technicians to ensure safe product usage.

Responsibilities include market assessments, distributor coordination, and collaboration with international marketing and training teams, with travel as needed to support sales efforts and market development.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, surgical instrumentation, biomedical engineering or related field.
• Experience in similar field-based roles.
• Intermediate English skills and willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with local Sales Support, Sales Managers, Distributors and International Marketing to strengthen market share in the neurovascular franchise for Mexico.
• Execute technical promotion of the accessories franchise, providing technical, procedural and clinical support through in-services and training sessions.
• Conduct market assessments, monitor accounts and feedback on distributor and physician relationships and market dynamics.
• Develop events/marketing strategies based on customer needs and support Global Marketing/Training and Clinical Teams as needed.
• Act as a technical Neurotechnology expert in Mexico, supporting sales, marketing and training for the sales force.
• Train physicians and staff on product usage, documenting satisfaction and preferences with key accounts and partners.
• Engage with radiologists, neuroradiologists and neurosurgeons to improve product usage and clinical results and contribute to training programs.
• Provide market intelligence by tracking account activity and competition initiatives, aligning Stryker strategies with local partners.
