Stryker, a global leader in medical technologies, seeks a field-based sales professional to expand orthopedic and trauma solutions across Mexico City. You will manage a defined territory, build relationships with surgeons, support procedure growth, and drive customer-focused strategies while upholding the highest compliance and service standards.

Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, acquiring new surgeon customers, and coordinating with surgical teams to ensure timely case support.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in orthopedic and trauma medical device sales.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish.
• Experience managing customer relationships within hospitals, clinics, or surgical environments.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve assigned sales targets within the orthopedic and trauma portfolio in the designated territory.
• Identify, engage, and acquire new surgeon customers to expand product adoption and territory coverage.
• Conduct regular visits with surgeons and healthcare professionals to promote products and support procedural utilization.
• Generate and follow up on surgical opportunities to help ensure timely case support and territory growth.
• Develop and execute customer-specific plans for key accounts in alignment with territory objectives.
• Coordinate with surgical support teams to deliver consistent service before, during, and after procedures.
• Serve as a product resource for customers by providing accurate product information and responding to inquiries.
• Monitor product availability and communicate inventory-related information to support customer needs.
