Job summary

Ipsen Mexico S de RL de CV is seeking an MSL Lead to shape the medical strategy for a neurology portfolio in Mexico City. You will engage healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and medical societies while upholding scientific integrity and compliance.

You will lead a high-performing MSL team, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute to pre-launch and evidence-generation activities in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Medical degree with postgraduate training desirable.
• Experience in Medical Affairs in pharma industry.
• Clinical practice and established HCP/KOL relationships.
• Knowledge of Mexican healthcare and regulatory environment.
• Experience leading MSLs or medical teams.
• Strong scientific communication and strategic thinking.
• Ability to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the medical strategy.
• Coach and develop the MSL team.
• Build trusted relationships with HCPs, KOLs and societies.
• Provide scientific and clinical expertise to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support pre-launch activities, regulatory submissions, cross-functional strategy.
• Contribute to late-stage trials, real-world evidence and publications.
• Lead advisory boards and congress activities; ensure compliance.
