Job summary

Milwaukee Tool seeks a Leader Engineer to ensure efficient testing execution, drive KPI achievement, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. You will oversee validation, testing activities, and cross-functional collaboration to resolve product, process, and testing-related issues.

The role requires advancing engineering leadership, strong data analysis skills (Power BI, Minitab), and a solid Lean Six Sigma background to deliver measurable business results.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in manufacturing engineering, validation, testing, or product development.
• 3+ years leading engineering teams.
• Bachelor-level engineering degree required with relevant field.
• Advanced English proficiency; strong project management and continuous improvement experience.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee validation and testing activities.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure test readiness.
• Analyze test plans for upcoming qualifications.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Manage testing capacity, resources, and priorities.
• Review requests and tool availability for testing.
• Ensure adherence to testing methodologies and processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues.
• Support Lean Six Sigma improvement projects.
• Develop and coach engineers and future leaders.
