Vestas is seeking a Leader Non-Destructive Testing to oversee all NDT activities ensuring the structural integrity and quality of wind turbine blades during manufacturing. You will manage NDT operations, analyze defects, coordinate inspections, and lead a multidisciplinary team of technicians and engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 3–5+ years in NDT within a manufacturing environment.
• UT and Phased Array expertise; NDT certifications.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all NDT activities to ensure blade quality.
• Coordinate inspections with Engineering and Production teams.
• Lead audits, CAPAs, and customer interactions.
• Develop training and certification programs for NDT staff.
• Review blades based on NDT results.
• Maintain NDT procedures and documentation.
• Analyze defect trends and drive improvements.
