AMETEK is seeking an NDT Technician to perform non-destructive testing on materials and components in a manufacturing setting. You will follow established procedures and specifications to ensure product quality and process compliance while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires reading blueprints, using inspection equipment, and documenting results. You will collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams and may train others on NDT procedures.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment or similar role.
• Ability to read and interpret diagrams, technical drawings, and process documentation.
• Proficiency in using measuring and test equipment.
• Knowledge of NDT methods and techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Perform NDT processes following method sheets, drawings, and specifications.
• Inspect materials and components to ensure quality and process compliance.
• Conduct process monitoring activities using checklists and audits.
• Investigate defects and implement corrective actions and improvements.
• Train technicians on NDT procedures and best practices.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation.
