TERUMO BCT, INC is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead national sales efforts in Mexico. You will mentor sales teams, position our blood and cell technology solutions, and drive profitable growth across territories.

The role demands six years in medical device sales with tenders and contracts, plus at least three years in sales leadership. Fluent English is required. You will collaborate with the Country Manager and cross-functional partners to meet strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Six years of medical device or biomedical sales experience with tenders, quotes, contracts.
• At least three years of sales management experience.
• Knowledge of Mexican law on acquisitions, leases and services for the public sector (LAASSP) and related regulations.
