ABB is seeking a Project Manager to lead the execution of ETO projects in the Medium Voltage team in San Luis Potosí, Mexico. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and manage risks, schedule, and budget to meet targets, while upholding HSE and quality standards.

Join ABB to drive successful project delivery, stakeholder communication, and contract close-out, contributing to a cleaner, more reliable energy future. Fluency in English and strong leadership are essential in this role.

Formación

5+ years of experience in similar roles.
Solid knowledge of Engineering to order model.
Hands-on experience in risk and cost analysis, forecasting and budget planning.
Advanced English.
Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsabilidades

Lead the execution of low to medium complexity ETO projects, ensuring achievement of scope, schedule, cost, quality, HSE, cybersecurity, and customer satisfaction objectives.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor project progress and financial performance, manage risks and opportunities, and drive effective stakeholder communication.
Ensure successful project delivery, customer acceptance, and contract close-out.
