ABB in San Luis Potosí is seeking a Project Operations Leader to steer low to medium complexity ETO projects, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, quality, HSE, cybersecurity, and customer satisfaction objectives are met on site.

You will coordinate engineering, procurement, and execution teams, monitor risks and budgets, and drive strong stakeholder communication to deliver successful project closures and customer acceptance.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in similar roles.
• Solid knowledge of Engineering to order model.
• Skilled in Microsoft Project, SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Hands-on experience in risk and cost analysis, forecasting, and budget planning.
• Advanced English.
• Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the execution of low to medium complexity ETO projects, ensuring achievement of scope, schedule, cost, quality, HSE, cybersecurity, and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor project progress and financial performance, manage risks and opportunities, and drive effective stakeholder communication.
• Ensure successful project delivery, customer acceptance, and contract close-out.
