Optima Organizational Solutions is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to provide leadership and operational responsibility for two manufacturing facilities in the Monterrey area. This hands-on role requires improving safety, quality, productivity, and cost while developing leaders and implementing Lean initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of multi-site manufacturing leadership, a strong background in labor-intensive production, and the ability to travel between sites to drive

Formación

• Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years leading manufacturing operations, multi-site preferred.
• Experience in furniture or labor-intensive sectors is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership for two facilities, aligning with company objectives.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost targets.
• Establish standards, KPIs, and Lean initiatives across sites.
• Develop leadership through coaching, succession planning, and talent development.
• Oversee budgets, labor, overtime, scrap, and capital investments.
• Maintain a hands-on presence on the floor to solve problems and remove barriers.
• Travel between Monterrey-area facilities as needed.
