Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of experience as a Plant Manager or Plant Director in a high-volume setting.
• Lean Manufacturing, process controls, and quality systems including IATF 16949 / TS 16949.
• Root cause analysis, Six Sigma, 8D, and structured problem-solving tools.
• Strong financial acumen with plant-level P&L responsibility.
• Proven record of improving safety and operational results.
• Experience with OEM customers and customer-facing programs.
• Leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems; solid EHS knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all plant operations across manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, and safety.
• Own plant P&L performance, driving profitability, cost control, and efficiency.
• Develop and execute strategies for safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Lead and develop the plant leadership team with clear performance goals.
• Drive Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement across the site.
• Ensure discipline and adherence to quality and operational standards.
• Foster accountability, engagement, and a culture of improvement.
• Allocate resources to meet production and business objectives.
• Monitor performance through KPIs and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and corporate leadership on programs.
