Signify in Monterrey is seeking an experienced leader to manage manufacturing operations with a strong lean and Six Sigma focus. The role drives supply chain performance, inventory optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to reach production targets and cost goals.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing management, including leadership roles overseeing plant operations and cross-functional teams.
• Strong expertise in Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing Operations, with proven experience driving supply chain performance and operational efficiency.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or equivalent process improvement methodologies; Lean/Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) desirable.
• Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• This is an on-site position located in Monterrey.

Responsabilidades

• Lead supply chain activities including fulfillment, inventory, demand planning, customer service, and supply chain performance.
• Plan & Inventory: Drive demand/order management, inventory targets, inventory quality, and supply chain initiatives to optimize availability, cost, and service levels.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement initiatives to simplify processes, improve efficiency, reduce costs, and leverage technology across the supply chain.
• Operations & Manufacturing: Oversee manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, quality, safety, delivery, and cost objectives are achieved.
• Leadership & Performance: Lead cross-functional teams, monitor KPIs, ensure compliance with company standards, and drive actions aligned with business objectives.
