Siemens Healthineers is seeking a logistics leader to oversee operations across Mexico, Costa Rica, and El Salvador, ensuring inventory control, cost optimization, service excellence and regulatory compliance. You will drive performance through strong team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Applicants should have a postgraduate degree in logistics or international trade, 5–8 years in import/export logistics, and a proven track record leading multi-country teams in a global healthcare

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Postgraduate degree in Logistics and/or International Trade.
• Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in import/export logistics processes, customs management, and logistics supplier coordination.
• Proven experience leading high-performance teams at a multy country level.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all logistics-related activities connected to the service center and customer support operations.
• Drive the development and high performance of the logistics team, fostering individual and collective growth.
• Design and implement integrated plans and improvement programs for material supply and capital flow, contributing to innovation and development projects within the logistics area.
• Make timely decisions to ensure compliance with agreed timelines and quality standards in the supply process.
• Ensure compliance with current customs and international trade regulations, as well as internal company policies.
• Manage and coordinate all suppliers involved in the supply chain, ensuring adherence to service contracts and agreements.
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding goods in transit and proactively communicate alternative actions to all stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between internal and external customers regarding logistics operations managed by third-party providers under your coordination.
