Monks is seeking a talented production designer to advance skills in digital asset and content design. You will create static visuals for product interfaces, social media, and display advertising, working with a global team to maintain speed and quality.

We value six years of experience, strong Photoshop/Illustrator skills, and the ability to organize files and lead projects. English proficiency and a collaborative mindset are essential to thrive in our diverse environment.

Formación

• Around 6 years of experience crafting digital ads and assets.
• Strong skills in Photoshop and Illustrator; Sketch is a bonus.
• Mastery of silhouetting; additional retouching is a plus.
• Files, layers, and folders kept organized; creative but organized.
• Able to take charge, work with clients, and lead projects.
• Contributes to production stages from style setting to layout and language versioning.

Responsabilidades

• Design static visuals for product interfaces, social media, and display ads.
• Collaborate with designers, illustrators, animators, editors, and art directors.
• Balance speed, style, and scale to produce assets consistently.
• Ensure pixel-perfect quality and coordinate with QA testers.
