Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Director of Operations to lead two Torreón sites with roughly 2,500 employees and ongoing growth. You will own manufacturing strategies, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the product roadmap and site performance.

The role requires deep hands-on leadership, strategic vision, and experience managing multi-site manufacturing in a fast-growing environment. Fluency in English is preferred for global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or a technical field.
• +5+ years of progressive Manufacturing Operations management experience.
• +5+ years of direct factory management.
• Experience across multiple sites preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication in an executive setting.

Responsibilities

• Establish manufacturing strategies, footprints, maintenance & facilities, and operations to support growth and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Advanced Manufacturing to optimize processes and flow across the value stream.
• Develop technical capabilities to meet productivity and quality goals for current and future roadmaps.
• Monitor and report operations performance by site and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead an energetic operations team and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
