Remoto Workforce is seeking a Staff Bookkeeper to support day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting operations for multiple clients. The role emphasizes hands-on work with defined workflows and close collaboration with accounting and finance teams.

Responsibilities include recording transactions, reconciliations, AP/AR support, and period-end journal entries, with client-facing accounting duties as needed.

Formación

• 2–3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, including reconciliations, journal entries, AP/AR, and month-end close support.
• Experience supporting reconciliations and AP/AR tasks.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles.

Responsabilidades

• Record and categorize financial transactions in accounting software.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
• Prepare and post journal entries as required.
• Assist with month-end close activities and prepare basic reports.
• Review transactions for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and support payroll processes as needed.
• Contribute to special accounting projects and ad-hoc tasks.
