Flex is seeking an MSSQL IT Manager to lead a team of database professionals at our Guadalajara, North Campus location. The role focuses on SQL Server expertise, leadership, and ensuring reliability, security, and performance of the enterprise SQL Server estate.

Responsibilities include designing and deploying databases, SOPs for maintenance, security compliance, and proactive monitoring to meet business requirements, with advanced English skills preferred.

Formación

• Typically requires a minimum of 8+ years of related experience.
• Demonstrates solid and technical skills of DATA BASE, SQL, the functional impact upon work processes and other functions.
• Strong Leadership experience.
• Advanced English level.

Responsabilidades

• Define, design, implement and maintain enterprise database systems.
• Prepare Standard Operating Procedures for day-to-day database maintenance.
• Implement adequate administrative tools and processes for enterprise databases.
• Proactive monitoring of enterprise database systems to ensure proper sizing for business needs.
• Establish clear communication with customers, peers, and cross-functional teams.
