Vertiv, a global provider of critical digital infrastructure, seeks a Procurement/Materials Manager in Mexicali to manage and develop MRO suppliers for optimal quality and on-time delivery. You will apply problem-solving tools (5W, A3, VSM, Kaizen) to address delivery and cost issues, maintain key parameters (price, lead times, MOQ), conduct supplier visits, and support quality system audits.

Candidates should have +5 years experience and a Bachelor degree.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years in MRO supplier management or similar.
• Bachelor degree required.
• Fluent bilingual communication (90% proficiency).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and develop MRO suppliers to ensure optimal quality and delivery.
• Develop, maintain and foster strong MRO supplier relationships.
• Using problem solving tools (5W, A3, VSM, Kaizen Etc.) to solve specific problems related to MRO supplier deliveries and cost.
• Ensure system key parameters are maintained (price, lead times, MOQ, primary supplier) to improve MRO supplier.
• Conduct MRO supplier visit as required and participate on the qualification of quality system audits.
• Make sure invoices on hold are fixed and work on root causes to prevent recurrence
