TE Connectivity in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico, seeks a Quality Assurance professional to strengthen in-process controls, defect prevention, and advanced inspection practices within manufacturing.

You will inspect to specifications, help develop and deploy quality plans, and train production staff in process control. Candidates typically have 4–5 years of related experience and a high school diploma; an AA degree is preferred.

• 4–5 years of related work experience.
• High School Diploma is required.
• AA degree or equivalent is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conducting quality inspections and tests to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Assisting in the development, enhancement, and deployment of quality control and inspection plans.
• Providing technical support to resolve complex quality issues and prevent recurrence.
• Training production staff on quality, inspection, and process control procedures.
