Ideal candidates will have 5–6+ years of related experience, a high school diploma, and preferably an AA degree.

• 5–6 years or more of related work experience.
• High school diploma is required.
• Completion of an AA degree or equivalent is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement advanced quality control and inspection techniques across manufacturing processes.
• Conduct detailed quality inspections, tests, audits, and assessments to ensure compliance and robustness.
• Document, analyze, and report quality and inspection results to drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve complex quality issues and systemic defects.
• Provide technical training, inspection guidance, and mentorship to junior technicians and quality staff.
