TE Connectivity is seeking professionals to participate in all phases of the manufacturing process, ensuring adherence to guidelines and standards in accordance with regulations. The role involves monitoring processes, optimizing procedures, and guiding junior technicians to operate and maintain equipment.

Ideal candidates typically have 4-5 years of related work experience, with a high school diploma and AA degree or equivalent preferred.

• Compiles diagrams or reports on manufacturing procedures and results, facility utilization, failure summaries, etc., and advises on process optimization.
• Participates in and monitors manufacturing processes; implements operation standards and follows production regulations.
• Reschedules manufacturing tasks among technicians to cope with requirement variances.
• Guides junior technicians on how to operate and maintain equipment, and provides further training, as necessary.
