TE Connectivity Hermosillo, MX is seeking a manufacturing engineer to lead the technical domain for the manufacturing of one or more products. You will provide specialized knowledge to resolve manufacturing issues and support R&D to produce sample equipment and prototypes.

You will train and support junior engineers in the department, contribute to process improvements, and ensure onsite execution with strong collaboration across teams. Onsite role with travel under 10%.

Formación

• Industrial, Mechatronics, or Manufacturing Engineer degree or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in a similar role or via internal promotion.
• Experience in personnel management and leading teams.
