Donaldson is seeking a skilled Planning professional to develop and manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS), balancing customer demand, capacity, and materials while coordinating planning processes and supervising the Planning technical team.

The role requires analyzing forecasts, configuring Oracle ERP, ensuring on-time production, supervising the Planning Auxiliary team, and providing reports on MPS compliance, inventory days, and forecast accuracy; strong English and ERP experience

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Commercial, or Information Systems.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Planning, Production, or Supply Chain-related positions.
• Intermediate to advanced English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, manage and execute the weekly Master Production Schedule (MPS) balancing demand, capacity and materials.
• Analyze and consolidate purchase orders and sales forecasts, identifying demand variations and notifying Planning Manager of constraints.
• Configure planning parameters in Oracle ERP and ensure proper MPS setup.
• Coordinate and monitor daily adherence to production schedules, validating material availability with Purchasing before each shift.
• Supervise the Planning Auxiliary team, assign tasks and manage training and development.
• Prepare and present financial reports, sales projections and KPIs including MPS compliance and forecast accuracy.
